VS-H600 Economic Vertical External vacuum packed & vacuum packers & vacuum packaging machines
VS_H600 vertical external vacuum packaging machine belongs to the economic type, it designs for
the heavier and larger objects. The machine head can be lifted and lowered to apply to different height
of product packaging. The machine uses company developed the DDC closed loop digital controller,
the system has the advantages of accurate control, strong antiinterference ability, good stability and
so on, all arranged on the panel set directly, no need to adjust the other components.
Scope of application:external vertical vacuum packaging machine is suitable for large packaging
and not inverted packaging products, such as rice, plastic, metal molds, vegetables, fruits, agricultural
and sideline products,oil and so on vacuum packaging. The machine has vertical sealing form of the
bag mouth , together with the product outer packaging ( such as: barrels, boxes ) placed directly in the
packing bag.

Hand/automatic function:
Automatic step on two foots: advance into the packaging objects required technical parameter,
on the first foot to determine the products whether in the packaging bag and the bag mouth is
smooth or not, on the second feet by the program automatically complete the packaging the entire
process, packaging speed doubled;Manual step on three foots: on the first foot to determine the
products whether in the packaging bag and the bag mouth is smooth or not, the machine starts
pumping vacuum on the second foot, vision the product's vacuum degree meeting the requirements,
the machine begins to operate program on the third foot, automatically complete the whole packaging
process;
Mode selection: according to the packaging needs, can singly choose vacuum packaging
inflatable packaging, vacuum ;
packaging bag sealing and many other patterns;
Dual protection : This machine adopts automatic detection system, in the open, shutdown
and using in the process of operation errors or malfunction, the system will automatically alarm,
until the troubleshooting.
