Product Description

Strapping and Stretch Wrapping System is a highly efficient end-of-line packaging solution designed to secure, stabilize, and protect palletized products during storage and transportation. This system automatically conveys pallet loads to the strapping station where high-strength PP or PET straps are applied with adjustable tension to firmly secure the goods onto the pallet. After the strapping process, the pallet moves to the stretch wrapping unit where stretch film is wrapped around the load to enhance stability and protect the products from dust, moisture, and external damage. The combined strapping and wrapping process ensures that palletized goods remain tightly secured even during long-distance transportation.

Equipped with a PLC-based control system and a user-friendly HMI touch screen, the Strapping and Stretch Wrapping System allows operators to easily set parameters such as strap quantity, strap tension, wrapping layers, and film tension. Intelligent sensors and positioning systems ensure accurate pallet alignment and smooth operation under high production speeds.
