Product Description

The Low-Level Palletizing and Stretch Wrapping Line is an integrated automated packaging solution designed for efficient pallet loading and secure wrapping at floor-level operation. This system combines automatic palletizing with stretch wrapping to create stable, transport-ready pallet loads while reducing manual handling and improving overall line productivity. It is widely applied in food, beverage, building materials, chemical, logistics, and consumer goods industries.

The low-level palletizer allows products such as cartons, bags, or cases to be fed directly from the production line without elevated conveyors, simplifying layout design and minimizing installation costs. Products are accurately arranged layer by layer according to programmable stacking patterns, ensuring uniform load formation and excellent pallet stability. Pallet infeed, positioning, and discharge are fully automated for continuous operation.

After palletizing, pallets are automatically transferred to the stretch wrapping station, where a high-performance wrapper applies consistent film tension to secure the load. Adjustable wrapping parameters, including film tension, wrapping speed, and top or bottom reinforcement, ensure optimal load protection during storage and transportation. Optional top-sheet dispensers and corner protectors can be integrated to enhance weather and impact resistance.

The entire line is controlled by a PLC system with a user-friendly touch-screen interface, allowing quick changeover, real-time monitoring, and reliable operation. Modular design enables flexible configuration to meet different throughput requirements and factory layouts.
