Robot Palletizer, Pallet Strapping and Pallet Wrapping System is a fully integrated end-of-line packing solution designed to automate palletizing, load securing, and final pallet protection in a single, coordinated line. This system is widely applied in food and beverage, building materials, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, daily necessities, and logistics industries where high efficiency, load stability, and consistent packaging quality are critical.
The system combines an industrial robot palletizer with automatic pallet strapping and stretch wrapping units. The robot palletizer accurately stacks cartons, bags, cases, or bundles onto pallets according to preset patterns, ensuring stable and uniform loads. The pallet strapping unit applies strong straps to secure the palletized load, while the pallet wrapping machine tightly wraps stretch film around the pallet, providing excellent load stability, moisture protection, and transport safety.
Controlled by a centralized PLC system with an intuitive HMI interface, the entire line operates in a synchronized and intelligent manner.
