Automatic Packaging Line for Gypsum Board is a heavy-duty end-of-line packaging solution specifically designed for the automatic handling, stacking, wrapping, and securing of gypsum boards and other flat building panels. It is widely used in gypsum board manufacturing plants, building material factories, and large-scale production facilities where high efficiency, load stability, and packaging reliability are required.
This complete packaging line integrates board conveying, alignment, counting, stacking, and automatic packaging into a continuous and efficient process. Gypsum boards are smoothly transferred from the production line, accurately aligned, and stacked according to preset quantities. The packaged stacks are then wrapped with stretch film, shrink film, or strapped as required, ensuring excellent protection against moisture, dust, and mechanical damage during storage and transportation.
Equipped with an advanced PLC control system and a user-friendly HMI interface, the Automatic Packaging Line allows operators to easily set packaging parameters such as board size, stacking quantity, wrapping layers, and strapping tension. Intelligent sensors and positioning systems ensure precise board handling, stable stacking, and consistent packaging quality even under high-speed and heavy-load conditions.
The system is constructed with a robust steel frame and industrial-grade mechanical and electrical components to ensure long service life, stable performance, and low maintenance requirements. Modular design enables flexible configuration and seamless integration with gypsum board production lines and downstream palletizing or logistics systems.
